Downloads, Google Sheets and the rest of the action plan open with the first payment; you can set up the monthly email during the trial and it starts with your first paid month. Cancel before the trial ends from Plan and billing and nothing is charged. The trial is once per person and covers one Amazon account. Stock-out and loss alerts, the weekly digest and extra seats start once the trial ends.

Orders are counted over the last 30 days across the account's marketplaces. We warn you at 80% and at the limit, and after 30 days over it the app asks you to move up a plan. Your data keeps syncing meanwhile.

Yes, at any time from Plan and billing. The new price applies at once and Stripe charges or credits the difference for the rest of the current period.

From Plan and billing, in two clicks. The plan runs until the end of the period you paid for and is not renewed. Export your data any time before it ends.

A yearly plan costs ten months, a saving of 17%, and is billed once a year. You can switch from monthly to yearly at any time from Plan and billing.

Credit and debit cards, through Stripe. Card details go to Stripe and never pass through Xolt. Enterprise agreements can be paid by bank transfer.

Stripe emails a receipt for every payment, and every invoice is in Plan and billing. Add your company name and tax number there before the first payment and they appear on each invoice.

Each client account is its own subscription, at the plan its orders need, inside one organization with a workspace per client. With three or more accounts, write to us for one agreement and one invoice.

Tokens measure the AI work behind the monthly action plan and vendor document reading. Starter includes 1M a month, Growth 3M and Scale 8M, which covers normal use with room to spare. Plan and billing shows what is used. When the allowance runs out, the plan falls back to its template text until the next month or a token pack.
